Manage your GDPR compliance, no legal jargon
DPO Connect turns GDPR into a short roadmap: you see where you stand, what is left to do and in what order, and you keep proof of every action. Records, processors, breaches, data subject requests: one tool.
- Free GDPR assessment
- First deliverables within 30 days
- Optional expert support
Your compliance in 3 steps
From assessment to ongoing management: the software guides you, and an expert can take over if you wish.
-
Free GDPR assessment
We analyse your current level of compliance, set the scope and identify the priorities. No commitment.
-
Your first deliverables in 30 days
For a simple organisation, the record of processing and the retention policy are operational within a month. For a multi-site organisation or one with sensitive processing, the scope and timeline are agreed with you at the assessment, and met.
-
You stay in charge, we alert you
Compliance remains yours: the law requires your records to be kept by your own organisation. Our role is to make that sustainable: automatic deadlines and reminders, regulatory watch, alerts when a processing activity or a processor changes, and an expert you can reach when you are stuck.
One tool for all your GDPR topics
The modules that turn compliance into a roadmap you manage.
Your roadmap
A framework of requirements, each with its progress status and its evidence.
The record of processing activities
Controller (Article 30(1)) and processor (Article 30(2)) sections, in one place.
The data mapping campaign
Your departmental contacts fill in a guided form, and reminders go out on their own.
Data subject requests
A public form to embed on your website, with automatic tracking of the legal deadline.
The personal data breach register
The incident record and the decision to notify the CNIL, documented.
Processor mapping
Your providers and their contracts (Article 28), plus a shared directory.
Alerts, regulatory watch and dashboard
Your compliance status at a glance, and an alert when something changes.
Lea, the AI assistant
The artificial intelligence built into DPO Connect, which answers from your own data, hosted in Europe.
Who is DPO Connect for?
Three ways of managing compliance. In each of these cases, our team can take on all or part of the work: it is an option, not a prerequisite.
Are you a public body or a local authority?
Public bodies must appoint a Data Protection Officer (GDPR Article 37). With DPO Connect, you manage compliance across your departments: access rights per entity, and a single list of your organisations with what remains to be done for each.

You’re starting from scratch
Small businesses and SMEs with no legal team: you have to keep a record but don’t know where to start. The software tells you what to do and in what order, and you never write from a blank page.
-
You manage GDPR in Excel
You are a DPO or GDPR lead, and your versions, deadlines and evidence get lost in spreadsheets. One framework, one progress status, the evidence attached to each requirement.
-
Your clients audit you
You are a processor and GDPR compliance decides whether you win tenders. You produce your record (Article 30(2)) and your evidence in minutes, not weeks.
Are you an external DPO or a lawyer?
All the organisations you support, in a single workspace. Each has its own record, dashboard and access rights, and their scopes never mix.
- A single list of your organisations, with what remains to be done for each.
- A processing activity described once can be cloned to another organisation.
- Your client has access to their organisation, and takes it over with its full history at the end of the engagement.

Pricing that fits your organisation
The price of DPO Connect depends on the size of your organisation and the scope to manage. It is presented to you after the assessment, with no commitment. Local authorities: the offer is compatible with public procurement.

Is DPO Connect software or a service?
Software first: the tool that brings together your records, your roadmap and your evidence, and lets you manage your compliance yourself. Support from our experts is an option (they can take on all or part of the work), but it is never a prerequisite for using the software.
Do you need to be a lawyer to use it?
No. The software starts from a framework of requirements and tells you what to do and in what order: you never write from a blank page. The Lea assistant helps when you don’t know what to put in a field, and an expert is still on hand if you get stuck.
How much of my time does it take each month?
Reducing that time is precisely the point of the software: once your records are set up, you follow your deadlines and alerts rather than starting everything over. When you involve your teams, allow about an hour per departmental contact, once, through a guided data mapping campaign.
Who remains responsible for compliance?
You do. The CNIL requires the record to be kept by the controller (or the processor) itself: compliance cannot be delegated. A provider can equip you and assist you, not carry it for you: that is precisely the role of DPO Connect.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes, at any time. Your records, audits and evidence can be exported, including if you decide to leave DPO Connect. Being able to present your record to the CNIL is the very purpose of the product: we never hold your data hostage.
Does it replace a DPO?
No, and that is deliberate: DPO Connect equips the DPO, or the person acting as one. If you have no Data Protection Officer, the software lets you meet your obligations yourself, and our team can take over as an option.
Is DPO Connect suitable for an external DPO or a lawyer?
Yes. Each client is a fully separate organisation, with its own record, dashboard and access rights. You switch from one to another in one click, your client can access theirs, and takes it over with its full history at the end of the engagement.
What happens during a CNIL inspection?
You produce an up-to-date record, available for the inspection, with the evidence attached to each requirement, in minutes. Documented, exportable compliance is the best way to turn an inspection into a mere formality, and we can support you in your exchanges if needed.
